Haden McKenna runs HaHaHaden Skate Academy as a sole proprietor, coaching private skate lessons in Venice and West LA.
This policy tells you what we collect when you book a lesson or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you keep. It also explains how our text messages work.
When you book or reach out, you give us the parent or guardian name, the student name, a phone number, an email address, and the lessons, dates, and locations you pick.
Stripe processes payment. We never see or store full card numbers.
When you text or call the Academy number, we keep your message so Haden can answer.
We log a small amount of technical data to keep the site secure and running.
We use what you share to schedule lessons, confirm and remind you about sessions, take payment, answer your questions, and run the site safely. We also use it when the law requires.
You opt in to texts by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box when you book. Those texts are service messages about your lessons: booking confirmations and reminders.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel any time. Reply HELP for help.
We do not share your mobile information or your text-messaging opt-in with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell it. The only outside party that touches it is the provider that delivers the messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.
A short list of providers helps us run the Academy: Stripe for payments, Twilio for texts and calls, SendGrid for email, and our hosting provider. Each one gets only what it needs to do its job.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not hand your text-messaging opt-in to anyone for marketing. We disclose information only when the law requires it.
Most students are minors. A parent or guardian books on their behalf and gives consent. We collect only what we need to teach the student and keep them safe.
We hold your information while you have an active relationship with the Academy and for as long as the law requires, then we remove it. We protect it with reasonable security measures.
Stop the texts any time by replying STOP. Ask us to see, correct, or delete your information through the contact page, and we will respond.
When this policy changes, we update the date at the top. Check back if you want the current version.
